The historic ByWard Market is delighted to participate in the 45th edition of Winterlude! From February 3 to 20, the ByWard teams have a spectacular event line-up showcasing local arts and culture, and culinary delights of course! [Please note that only events after the Echo is published are included.]
The runway will host a Winter Fashion Show of indigenous-owned brands during the second weekend of Winterlude.
To celebrate the e5th Edition of Winterlude, participating restaurants in the ByWard Market are featuring a $4.50 item (tax included). We hope our neighbours and visitors will be enticed to go on a food tour of the ByWard Market and try these specials for less than five dollars!
This February, rediscover the joys of Winter with family and friends. As Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Canadian Heritage remarked: “Across Canada’s Capital Region, audiences can participate in a variety of festivities that remind us to celebrate the cultural and artistic diversity, as well as Indigenous cultures and artists, that make our country so rich!”
